The hotel is just a short walk to Playa Cavancha, nice beaches, swimming holes, and the Esmeralda museum. The room was reasonably large with a great view of the town and the surrounding mountains. The bed was extremely comfy. The staff were very helpful. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from Paseo Baquedano.

I had an amazing time at the hotel Gavina. The location was just perfect, right on the beach and close to the city center. The views from my room were breathtaking, waking up to the sound of the ocean crashing onto the rocks below was simply magical. The pool, with its scenic setting next to the rocks and the sea, was a true highlight. The breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were delicious, especially with the large windows giving the feeling of sitting outside next to the water. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

We spent a fantastic Christmas break at this hotel. The breakfast buffet was impressive, with a great variety of fresh and tasty food. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the bay and just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. We also loved the big swimming pool, which was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine.
There were a few negatives during our stay. The room we were assigned was small and in need of some maintenance.

During my xmas stay at a hotel in Iquique, I appreciated the lovely view of the Pacific Ocean from my room. the complimentary drink ticket and business center were a nice touch. the location was very convenient, with easy access to restaurants and shopping.
The room felt outdated and had an unpleasant smell. the furniture was worn, and the bed was just okay in terms of comfort.
